Department: Cobalt, LLC
The Sales and Marketing Admin is responsible for supporting the Sales &
Marketing Group. This position will require excellent time management to
coordinate multiple projects and a myriad of tactical or routine tasks for Sales & Marketing. This role will perform administrative tasks ranging from basic to complex, with some project and oversight duties required, including consistent follow up on actions, tasks and research as needed.
Assist department leadership with internal and external correspondence,
schedule coordination, and project workflows.
Sales team support, including, but not limited to CRM queries and
reporting, internal and client presentation preparation, meeting
coordination and following.
Marketing team support, including, but not limited to tradeshow and event
coordination, management of marketing assets, data upkeep, and proofreading.
Assist/support management as needed with other requests.
Handling multiple responsibilities and job tasks (multi-tasking) as needed.
Demonstrating attention to detail.
Flexibility with work requirements, work environment and fast-paced/changing job needs.
Promoting teamwork by:
Collaborating with co-workers.
Attending staff meetings as required.
Meeting individual company goals as established.
Establishing rapport and maintaining positive communication with
others, demonstrating respect and support, cooperating and flexibility
Adhering to company and department policies.
High school diploma or GED
Required Work Experience:
3 years office administrative experience
Knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
Skills (Inc. Typical Mental Demands):
Expert Level Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel Powerpoint, Vizio)
Experience with CRM, specifically Salesforce
Working knowledge of project workflow software (Asana, Monday.com,
Database and asset management
Customer service/client relations
Attention to detail
Can work productively independently with minor supervision
Self-motivated, flexible, dependable and available
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Adeptness at balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
and flexibility in responding to changing situations
