Calibration Technician

Location: Greater Boston Area



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Calibrates key measurement and test equipment in controlled environments i.e. cleanrooms
  • Completes calibrations in a safe, timely, and accurate manner by following Azzur and client procedures and proposals
  • Provides top customer service through accurate calibration reports in a timely manner to clients
  • Responsible for proper handling and maintenance of Azzur and client equipment, including testing and reference standards equipment
  • Understand client needs and requirements through effective communication. Develops client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Identifies project supply and equipment needs and conveys to the appropriate resource to ensure availability
  • Conducts CTU temperature mapping using GE Kaye 2000, GE Kaye AVS, or Sensitech TempTale4s.


Qualifications

  • Must be local to the New England Region and open to traveling to multiple client sites.
  • 2 -5 Years of calibration experience
  • Prior experience working in a cGMP environment
  • Military (PMEL/TMDE/DOD) training preferred.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience working in situations that require high attention to detail is required.
  • Experience in equipment calibration to include, but not limited to, general-purpose electronics, pressure, mass, temperature and humidity instrumentation
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills; you must be able to interface professionally and appropriately with our clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; excellent technical writing skills.
