Azzur Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our rapidly growing Facilities Solutions Business! This is a great opportunity to become a key contributor to an exciting and innovative business in the life sciences industry. Azzur Facility Solutions offers cleanroom space to early phase biotech companies, enabling new therapies to reach patients faster. What you will do:
  • Provide top-level administrative support as you ensure seamless day to day operations of our growing cleanroom business. 
  • Create a welcoming and customer-friendly environment by being the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and other guests
  • Work as the primary point of contact for invoicing and receipts and partner closely with the Azzur Group administrative team including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure employee and customer satisfaction through inventory management and purchasing of office supplies and consumables.
  • Direct mail and phone calls to the proper recipients.
  • Uphold the highest facility quality standards as you maintain and schedule routine office cleaning and general housekeeping for our valued clients.
  • Help the team as needed in other administrative and hands-on functions.


  • A proven track record of prioritizing and executing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment in a timely manner.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including word and excel required.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • A history of providing top-level customer service in a professional capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
