Azzur's Information Technology Recruiting practice offers specialized recruiting services built on trusted relationships with both partners and top industry talent.
December 13, 2018 - Hatboro, Pa.] As the life science industry continues to grow at breakneck speed, it’s essential that new and established organizations, as well as top talent, have the ability to remain agile and keep pace with tomorrow’s innovations and the potential risks that accompany them.
Through years of working hand-in-hand with some of the country’s top pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturers, the need for specialized, relationship-based technology recruiting became apparent. As such, today, Azzur Group announces its newest focus--technology recruiting--dedicated to bringing together today’s fastest-growing innovators with proven industry professionals.
To make this happen, Azzur welcomes two new leaders to the organization: Michael Kazakevich, General Manager, and Emmanuel Conde, CCIE Agent and Manager of Technical Recruiting.
Michael Kazakevich brings to Azzur more than 30 years of technology recruiting experience. Kazakevich co-founded Quatro Systems, Inc. in 1989 to provide technical expertise to Fortune 500 and government organizations. Under his direction, Quatro rapidly grew to a multi-million dollar company and one of a leading full-service information technology company in the Mid-Atlantic region. Quatro was acquired in 2017 by IntegraONE. He was also a senior partner of Interdata Technical Resources, a technology staffing company he co-founded in 1995. Kazakevich is a graduate of Drexel University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
“We understand that the work we do as recruiters has a direct impact on the lives of our clients, contractors, and employees,” said Kazakevich. “By taking a step back to identify true pain points and powerful solutions for our clients, we’re are able to place professionals in positions they love. As such, we’ve established trusted relationships with thousands of experts on the cutting edge of IT, as well as the companies innovating to lead the way.”
Emmanuel Conde, known as Eman the CCIE Agent to the networking community, is a career agent for high-level network engineers. His experience spans four decades in information technology and datacomm, during which consultants he managed were integral parts of the Human Genome Project, DoD drone programs, Einstein 3, and several high-profile critical remediation projects--to name a few. With more than 40 years in IT, Conde’s focus has always been the improvement of and advocacy for his candidates which is one reason he is followed by tens of thousands of geeks and techies on social media.
Instead of simply heeding the call for staff augmentation, Azzur’s Information Technology Recruiting acts as an agent for the industry’s most talented, certified IT professionals, advocating on their behalf to place them among top organizations in the country and throughout the world. Working on behalf of IT’s top talent throughout the full-scale recruiting lifecycle, Azzur has earned the trust of its clients, as well as its partners.
Moving forward, Azzur’s IT Recruiting arm plans to move into new sectors for the organization, which, until presently, has held a strong foothold in life sciences. With risks higher than ever, according to Kazakevich, the need for specialized IT professionals is growing exponentially, lending itself well to highly regulated industries, such as healthcare, insurance, finance, and government.
The new Information Technology Recruiting practice, based outside of Philadelphia, joins Azzur’s family of companies located throughout the country that provide a variety of consulting, facility solutions, engineering, validation, IT, technical, training, and laboratory services and solutions that they need to remain innovative and competitive.
